Shipping & Return Policy

• Sales Tax
  Sales tax is charged to all orders shipped within the state of California. The applicable tax rate is 8.75%. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped outside of California.


• Surfindian Shipping Policy
  Surfindian ships to all 50 United States and internationally. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the number, size and weight of items ordered.
  
  
  • Domestic Shipping
    For domestic shipping, the rates will depend on the number, size and weight of items ordered. Both regular and express shipping are available.
  
  
  • International Shipping
    For International shipping, the rates will depend on the number, size and weight of items ordered. Both regular and express shipping are available.


• Return Policy
  If you are not completely satisfied with your Surfindian online purchase, please send the return item(s) within 30 days from the date you received the shipment. Please include the original tags (still attached) and the original receipt. We will happily exchange the item(s) for another, or apply Store Credit with your billing name and information. There are no cash or credit card refunds. Exchanges are dependent on existing stock. Item(s) must be unused and unwashed in original packaging. Please note that we cannot credit any shipping charges or handling charges. All surfboard and discounted item(s) sales are final. Please contact us before you return any item(s) so that we can check inventory and answer all of your questions.
  
  If you would like to change or cancel an order before the shipping, please email us at info@surfindian.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request but please understand that our order and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
